Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY: Both of our time is valuable; therefore, to keep things fair for everyone: - More than 24 hours before your session: Cancel or reschedule at no cost. - Between 24–12 hours before your session: A fee equal to 25% of the original session price will be charged. - Less than 12 hours before your session or no-show: The full session fee will be charged. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS: All sessions are prepaid. Missed appointments cannot be refunded. Your session fee covers dedicated time and customized advice. I’ll always bring my best recommendations, but results depend on how the guidance is applied. LATE STARTS: - Please arrive on time. Out of fairness to all clients, sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time regardless of start time. - However, if a session is missed or significantly delayed due to an issue on my end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. MULTI-SESSION PACKAGES: - The above cancellation and no-show policy applies to each session within a package. - Multi-session packages are offered at a discounted rate per session. If a package is cancelled after partial use, completed or missed sessions will be charged at the full single-session rate. Any remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with the cancellation policy above. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF TERMS: By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
