The Five Pillars of My Consulting Work

Veterinary business challenges are rarely one-dimensional - successful solutions require a strategic, integrated approach. Accordingly, my consulting framework is built on five core pillars:

Each of these pillars represents a distinct area of expertise, but in reality, they overlap significantly. For instance, effective marketing cannot happen without a solid business strategy. AI implementation in businesses is trickier than it seems: it requires tech strategy, of course, but also stakeholder considerations and an accepting workplace culture, leadership and business strategy, ethical guidelines, and continuous evaluation. No solution exists in isolation, which is why my work draws from multiple disciplines to create comprehensive, customized plans.

Beyond these five pillars, I also incorporate fundamental business knowledge - including economics, finance, business law, and project management - to ensure my recommendations are both strategically sound and practically feasible.
